Good luck! Just keep in mind that there will be teasing. Take it graciously and in good fun, but maintain your professionalism and dignity. Wear it proudly, but at the same time be careful not to make it look like you're making a big deal of it. If you treat it like a normal outfit, others eventually will too.

Today went great! It's the start of a new trend. No complaints and a couple of "that's cool".

For all of you who went before me, a hearty "Thank ye lads".

One of my friends at work told me about a conversation he had today with a co-worker.

Co-worker: "So what is the deal with the kilt? Is it just to get people to look at him?"
Friend: "You mean, kind of like driving around in a Hummer?"

Co-worker had just bought a Hummer 2 weeks ago.

Co-worker: "That's only kinda funny"

It's nice to know that my friends have my back.
