A belated Happy Birthday, my friend! You and your guests seem to have had a wonderful time! I thank you for sharing your special occasian with us.
My Scots family called Lanarkshire home, I am a Claghorn descendant, and one day I would love to go visit and tour that area..

Another belated Happy Birthday, and congratulations on escaping the old age of youth and entering the youth of old age!

Congrats on the milestone birthday. I am a little over a year on the backside of the same one. Life only gets better with age and time, like Scotch in the barrel.

Ah, it does look a bit more like Macdonald of Glencoe the Macdonald of Keppoch. (I knew it was a little different...)

Mine (50th) was almost 2 years ago...Every day is a blessing and should be treated as such! Congrats!

I'm less than two years away from that milestone and I'm already receiving application information from AARP (pass the Geritol).

I mistakenly got an AARP card for nothing mailed to me when I turned 30. Chuckled a bit, then threw it away, thinking I am far from that age and not wishing to even think about it then. A couple of months later I regretted it when I discovered that AARP gets you some sweet discounts on hotels, car rentals, and a bunch of other stuff. Finally got mine again as soon as I turned fifty last year and use it regularly.

Thanks for your best wishes, comments and questions.
My tartan is Darkisland, hence my name Darkislander. I'm sure the piper told me his tartan was his name, therefore Robertson. I'll check next time I see him because I remember him saying there were 8 designs of Robertson.
