In reflection, and in my inbox, I realized, Where else in my everyday travels do I recieve the service I recieve from the kilt world?
Good car mechanics are often close to this standard. Lawyers, too, although I understand this might be an odd inclusion. My ISP is also pretty good on this score, but I do pay for that.
