    Good news, X-Markers!! I just got a response from Mary @ Mountain Hardwear, and she said the Elkommando will be back in stock for Spring 2012 in stores and online.

    I do "choose" other kilts, but the Elk is one that I most often "reach for" in Summer.

    They are great for summer. I have an 'original' Mountain Hardware kilt that is just the thing for lawn mowing and the like, and the Elk is even better.

    Funny, I still have my original too. I was just thinking it would be great for mowing grass and the like.
