T.
Aberdeen Episcopal Cathedral has plaques of all the ECUSA dicoceses as a memorial of this.

Yes Cardinal Henry of York who was given the regnal title of Henry IX by supporters of the Jacobite cause.

Catholic Tartan
Thanks to all for their input. A couple of the replies came very close to what I was looking for. I am in the Knights of Columbus. There has been an idea kicking around our Fourth Degree Assembly to have a piper for the various parades and functions we participate in. The question was what tartan should he wear? I now have 2 great ideas: use the tartan of our Scottish counterparts, Knights of St. Columba, or get our own!
BTW, thanks for the welcome. This was my 1st post and thread!

Ya done good, Ozman. I like that tartan.
Now I guess I'm gonna have to get a clergy kilt made. (Oh the rigors of having to purches another kilt!)

To hear my Grandparents talk, Catholic & Irish are the same thing. "S/he's as Irish as Paddy's pigs" was the final pronouncement on any Catholic being discussed. (Of course ALL Lutherans were German; "They go to that German Church down the road" )... 'Ecumenical' was an unknown word back then.

Yeah, all those randy Scots and Irish covering the earth have pretty well given all of us a little bit of the Gaelic!
