Well, that's a relief! If my husband is the king of the Nazgul, then I don't have to be Arwen at least. Wait, I've already got my Lord of the Rings character, don't I?

I think DAY OF THE MODERATORS works well. I'll feed Panache gin and tonics in celebration every day.

    Be well,

Hey, Jamie, have you thought about the logical acronym for Moderator Appreciation Day?

    M.A.D.

With all of the stuff you guys have to put up with from the rest of us at times, I am surprised it's nor a descriptive title.
"A day spent in the fields and woods, or on the water should not count as a day off our allotted number upon this earth."

June 28, 2008, sounds great! Any excuse to down a brew. I'll also be at the Boston Red Sox-Houston Astros game at Minute Maid Park, but I'll remember to toast the best moderators I've come across. Kidding aside, this is the most decent site because of the moderators. Where's the beer?

Or as we are one the movie theme....

"The Day the Mods Stood Still"
    "Lord of the Mods"
    "9 Mods from Outer Space"
    "Revenge of the Mods"
    "Boondock Mods"
    "Top Mods"

Ok, ok, but I'm on summer vacation and have been going though my movie collection.

Sounds like a GREAT idea! Do we all get new kilts for this special event?

    They should have won.

So we're to totally forget that "the 9" were once all men corrupted into doing the bidding of "the one". hmmmmmmm

I seem to recall a pop tune back in the '60s called March of the Mods
