Ran my first kilted race today. 5 miles went well. At first it felt strange, almost naked, but when I got used to it I swore I would never run a race without my kilt.
Bought an Original Sportkilt in LE Tartan. Had the pleats sewn down. I love it.

I'm training for my first half-marathon and plan to wear my kilt. Did you have any trouble with your SK sliding down on you given the stretch waistband they have in the back or did you wear a belt?
