I'm checking out how much postage is now... in the mean time I managed to find their "men’s sheer pantyhose"

And a kilt liner in sheer nylon. Don't forget that we will be expecting pictures...

I make kilt liners - a strip of fairly sturdy woven cotton material with - depending on how I feel and the length of time to work on it, - either a few small pleats or proper darts to narrow it to the waist.
I make it long enough to go right along the waistband of the kilt and either pin it to the kilt waistband on the inside, so it literally lines the kilt, or fold it over like a kilt and close it by the most convenient means.
However - except for my very lightest kilt I have never noticed that there was any benefit in extra insulation with or without a liner.
For protection from the cold, something over the top of the kilt and longer than it is, to hold the warm air, is by far the most effective option I have found so far.

My kilt liners in nine different colours came from Anna Manning Porter of G.B.K. Enterprises, Florida, USA.
Her eBay username is gbk* and she currently has the kilt liner listed here:-

Hi All
I may get stoned for this, but...
If one wanted to have something like Active-skins "kilt Liner just go to Wally-World or -Mart and drop about five or six dollars on aladies half-slip and trim the lace off the bottom. What you'll have then iessentially be the Active-skin's "underkilt". Cheap and dirty.
I myself like to take a oversize undershirt cut away the sleeves and crew neck hem it and run a elastic band through the original hemmed bottom via a small slit using a bodkin )ask your wife or a seamstress) sew the ends together and voila! a cotton kilt liner.
Now I stand ready for the stoning! LOL!

I must be missing the point by a mile, so blame it on my age, BUT why go to all that bother when a simple pair of tartan / plain boxers would do ?
