I hope so, I live in Toronto, and approved the post, we do tend to get a bad rap here in the city. At least we have not called the army in to clear the snow since the days of Mel.

a few years ago, I remember there being a 'big' snowstorm here. (big for Ohio) Anyways, they made the national guard from Columbus come out and help clear the roads, near Xmas, and there was a big thing about how the guard was complaining about being away from their families on the holidays. Our local guard was in Iraq/Afghanistan or somewhere like that. The guard from Columbus should be glad to be serving IN THEIR OWN STATE instead of being sent across the globe.
