I've taken it at such an angle as you can see the edges of the Wonder Web, there is also a line of stitching about 8 inches down if you look closely.
Cool! Thanks Steve for posting this!

I bought my first kilt in the Army and I was only an E-4. Rest assured I was not rolling in any dough so to speak. But I knew I wanted a kilt so I just started saving a few bucks every week. Before I knew I had about 50% of the total cost. Then I made the purchase knowing I would have at least another 2 months to save the rest to actually receive the kilt. That is the nice thing about having one made. You get plenty of time to save the rest of the cash needed to make the purchase. Just my two cents worth anyway. Why spend 30 dollars on something you really truly don't want but are looking at it simply as willing to settle for. I say wait and start saving dude.

    1. I need one before the end of June for my bachelor party.

    2. I have another nice kilt, and will be getting a true tank for my wedding as a present from my soon-to-be wife. So I should be solid.

    3. If my doctor ok's me to compete in the games, I will need something I don't mind getting a little trashed.

    4. Jerry at SWK seemed really nice, and I would enjoy doing buisness with him!

Those are some new variables that may sway your opinions!

    Thanks guys!

Well, with that in mind... I'd say go for a standard. If you're going to compete, you want to at least look the part. Thrifty's aren't even sewn down...

Goood advice, but a little late

(Although, I still plan on purchasing a standard)
