    I have a suggestion.....
Perhaps you would consider putting the
"off topic" forum somewhere easier to notice
so newer members can find it easier.
(Just under the "newbie" section or something.)
Until recent events, I for one, was completely
unaware there even WAS an "off topic" area as it
is waaaay down at the bottom of the page.
    Just a thought.......

I think "off topic" should be at the bottom, it's very title suggests it's lesser importance.

As a signmaker, when I make a sign with a list of goods or services, the most important ones should be at the top, the least important at the bottom.

Since this site is mainly about kilts, off (the kilt) topic should rightly be at the bottom.

I only put an off topic section after a couple of folks asked me to put it up. It is not an important part of this forum. I would rather not even have it. That being said it will remain at the bottom of the forum as a sign to its relevance to this website.

I think it's a good idea to have an off topic forum.
I feel the guys on this site to be good friends, closer in some respects than flesh n blood freinds.
if I need to get something off my chest, or need advice from close friends, and it's not related to kilts, then the off topic forum is a good idea.

I concur with Hank and phil h, it is nice to have and it should be at the bottom, away from the site specific topics. Just my two cents worth.
