Oh boy! It has arrived....
What has arrived?
Why, my solid leather R-Kilt, that's what.
It is absolutely superb, and I am now publicly thanking Robert for his fine workmanship and customer service.
I selected the 'British Tan' hide with fine-quality brass fittings - snaps (on the pockets), the key ring holder and the numerous buckles, bells and whistles than come with these kilts. This has to be, I think, the heaviest kilt in my Kollection - heavier even than my leather Utilikilt or my 6 yard leather TFCK kilt.
Our current weather, with temperatures soaring higher every day, prevents me from wearing this kilt for longer than an hour, or long enough to have snapped some photos, but in a few months this number is going to get a LOT of wear; I guarantee it.
I am unable to show a photo of it here, but it is the last image on page 8 of my Photo Album at http://albums.imff.net/hamish Click on the thumbnail and then click again on the photo that comes up, for a clear view.
Robert, thank you. I commend your kilts to the world at large!
