A friend of mine asked me if the name Power or Powers is connected to any clan. Anyone know?

Take a look at www.electricscotland.com there is a section on septs, clans, clan history and a tartan search. You can also look at [url]www.tartans.byair.net. Another good site is www.scottishtartans.org both sites have a good tartan search engine. You can search by name.

Same here! My sister just came back from the Emerald Isle last month and brought me a bottle of 12 year Powers. Mmmmm-mmmmm good!
It has an interesting apricot-like finish.
