Philly Area Celtic Bands Jan/Feb Appearance Schedule - AKA: Possible Kilt Nights
Was looking for a good venue for another Philly Kilt Night, and figured I would put together a little local Philly schedule of events that have the potential to become great evenings of kilting, singing, and general merry making. I am sure I missed a few local bands and venues, but thought it was a good start!

There are so many options there it is a little overwhelming. Anything at Brittinghams is great, I've never been to Finnigans Wake but I only hear good things. The weekends work better for me because I have to get up so damned early for work. I know Rocky in another thread proposed January 6 at Brittinghams to see The Bogside Rogues.

The individual nights are not practical for me to make a trip to Philly, but the Midwinter Festival has potential.

The huz and I are going to see ETH at Brittinghams, and the whole family (including probably Xan in his little kilt) will be at the midwinter festival.

Kelly and I are going to be in Scotland for Burn's night, or we'd be at a burns night somewhere over here...
We'll be vendors at the Mid Winter fest... the band list looks pretty impressive. Definitely worth the trip. Keep your eyes peeled for a Kilt night right around the middle of Feb (when Hank and his crew are up here in King Of Prussia for the mid winter fest).
