fitting of the PC jacket?
OK guys, I'm in a dither: I had always thought that the PC jacket and waistcoat were to be treated as a tuxedo; that is, with about 1/2 inch of shirtsleeve showing below the jacket cuff. However since I've started shopping for PC jackets I've seen pictures shown with both a short and a longer cuff. I've even gone so far as to call one of the people who sew these jackets and was told that the PC has a somewhat longer sleeve, and should reach to the first, big knuckle on the thumb.
So my question is, "how do your PC jackets fit, in both sleeve and waist? To the wrist and hips, or otherwise?" All comments appreciated.
Bryan...I wonder if this stuff is in Matt's book...

My PC jacket was made to measure and fitted at Hector Russel. It comes down to the wrist only with maybe 1/2" of sleeve showing. As for the bottom of the jacket it comes down to right below where the kilt belt would be (but no one can tell if it's being worn or not because the vest is that length as well).
