Hot news flash!

I was browsing the local culture site (looking for a bit of light during the dead of a Wisconsin winter) when I saw a Burns night locally! Fortunatly I built up some payback points this summer so my DW and I will be attending!

Another chance to dress up and enjoy the company of like minded folks.

In case you can't tell, I am a bit excited.

The missus and I will be attending a Burn's dinner on the 28th, followed by a Scotch tasting event at our local Celtic pub on the 31st.

Now if only my new highland granite would get here in time!

As near as I can tell, there are no Burns suppers anywhere around here. :sad:

I've had discussions with some folks, though, and I think we're going to change that next year.
