    Cotton kilt

Well, my wife doesn´t like it, she thinks it is too short...
But it is one of my favourites, I wore it nearly the whole of last summer:

It is made of a leftover black cotton from a JEANS FACTORY!! A strip of green linen, a new belt and the bone kilt pin.

I agree, good length, but you may have room to wear it a wee bit lower if you wanted to (gotta keep the wife happy) ;-)

Nice kilt, did you make it yourself? I see you are wearing your new kilt pin.

The length looks fine to me. If you wanted it a little lower, however, you could always wear it a hair lower on the waist. But as I said, I think it looks great the way it is.

Herman, the length is fine. Mayhaps the lady is jealous of other ladies looking at your legs

Lenght looks perfect to me. I want to know where you got the Xmarks belt buckle? At least it looks like the Xmarks pin, just turned 90 degrees.

Nice looking kilt, and the length is fine right were you are wearing it. Matt Newsome over at the Scottish Tartans Museum has an excellent article for first time kilt wearers. He suggests that acceptable kilt length is anywhere from mid-knee up to an inch above the kneecap.

Do a google search for "celtic cross belt buckle." I found one right away that looks like it might be that very buckle.

I think Rocky carries a buckle like that at USA Kilts.
