    BodyGlide!

I just want to give another nod to BodyGlide. I made the mistake of trying a similar product and it was so bad that after just one try it went in the trash can. So at the risk of repeating others comments I'll say it again... accept no substitutes - there is nothing like BodyGlide trust me!

Thanks for the heads up, always looking for a deal I will usually give brands of products a try, but nothing ever seems as good as the originals.

When I need it, I find regular old stick deoderant works just as well. (plus its cheaper, and I already have some)

That's a trick I have heard many times for the prevention of blisters on the feet, so it ought to work on other parts of the body as well.

Hmm, wouldn't have guessed it would have helped with chaffing. Might have to give that a try until I can get my hands on the real thing.

I agree! I walked around all day in 80+ heat at the games and didn't have a problem.. The stuff works!

Bodyglide is the only way to go....a friend tested some during a few weeks of military training at West Point, and is hooked. It is a must have for anyone who wears the kilt on any extended walking excursion!

Having completed and ironman I can tell you BODYGLIDE works. There are many imitators but nothing like the original. I have tried many. The stick deodorant does work for a short time but nothing lasts in the heat and sweat like bodyglide. (not a paid endorsement )

Please forgive my ignorance, but what is this BodyGlide stuff? How is it used? What problem are we trying to solve with its use?

    Yours in bewilderment,

    Thank you,

Unless you've got some pretty tough skin, going regimental will eventually create chafing. Even in boxers I get some skin/skin contact that doesnt happen with trousers. Especially when hot and/or sweaty, this will become pretty darned uncomfortable in a hurry. BodyGlide is a non-greasy, long-lasting skin lubricant that keeps chafing from occurring.
Look for it at sporting goods stores. It's usually in the same vicinity as the jock straps.
