    Flashes?

    I recieved four sets of what I believe are flashes from ScottishKilts.net. They look to be hand made of the same material as the kilt and are about twice as long as regular flashes. So the question is...are these flashes?

    If they're somehow attached to a piece of elastic then they're probably flashes. If there's no elastic, and they're long enough to go around your calf then maybe they're the old fashioned tie type flashes.
