    New Fraser Casual

Any day's a good day when a kilt shows up in the mail. Its an extra good day when the desert heat is already over 100 degrees F and the kilt is a USA Kilt's Casual.

Arrived perfect as usual. Had my Fraser kilt pin waiting for it.

Have begun to honor the clans on my mother's side of the family. This kilt "honors" my two great grandfather, William Vaughn Frasier/Frazier/Fraser depending upon the census writer.

I say "honors" because William up and abandoned his bride of some 15 to 20 years and their four kids back 1850's Illinois and boogied back to Glasgow according to family lore. She took up with another man who helped her raise the kids.

So, the Fraser tartan kilt is to remind me of the irresponsible rogue in my blood....

    Pics soon.

    Ron

Just when I think I've made my mind up to go with the Hunting tartan...The wife will just have to deal with it. Everyone should have at least one red tartan!
