I found a list of wonderful toasts that I would like to share. I will post one or two a week up to St. Patricks Day. They are suitable for either Burns Day or St. Pats or any other drinking time when you wish to honour friends.Enjoy! "May you have food and clothing, a soft pillow for your head; May you be forty years in heaven before the devil knows you're dead."

I have not heard that one before. I like it
Thanks for sharing that one BM, I hadn't heard it quite like that either. I was wodering if you had heard this one someone told it to me at work just cause I had a kilt on A scotsman goes into a church in his sunday best, after some lighthearted banter with the priest and his wife the wife says to him: "Excuse me but I have to ask, whats worn under your kilt?" To witch the Scotsman replies: "Aboslutely nothing, its all in perfect working condition!"
Here's a tounge-in-cheek toast a friend of mine prefers: Here's to it and from it and to it again. If you ever get to it and don't do it may you never get to it again. Jamie
