I live just 6 miles or so west of you in Forest Grove.
How about China Moon. They know Elva and I there and two kilts would make there day.

What kind of place is China Moon? And I was thinking between March 16th and April 7th (The 6th just happens to be national tartan day) seemed a good time to shoot for.

I'll be at the Highland Stillhouse Pub in Oregon City Saturday the 24th. The celtic martial arts group I belong to is having a Karate seminar that day and we'll be going to the Pub afterwards, probably about 5'ish. I'm also planning to be there Sunday the 25th to listen to Rob Barrick, an outstanding piper, who will be playing at 7:30. The Stillhouse is a great little Pub with a Scotch list of 100 choices and pretty good pub food as well. If anyone wants to join me you'll recognise me by my tan Balmoral with the Xmarks pin.

I just found out that Gaelic Storm is going to play the Aladdin Theater on Sturday April 28th. Could be an opportunity for a kilted gathering. Anybody interested?
