Logical Assumption
You might remember that tuxedo waist jacket that I scored a few weeks back. I took it in to have the sleeves shortened...it's a 42 long and I need a 42 regular. I stopped in today to pick it up and found that the sleeves were only basted up and not pressed. I said to the girl at the counte"...you know, I could have done this...what's up?" Turns out that the tailor saw the rental company's label on the inside pocket, assumed that it was a rental and figured that this was supposed to be a temporary and reversible fix. I explained that, no...I had purchased the jacket from the rental company and it was mine for permanent and that I wanted the sleeves done properly.
He's promised it to me for tomorrow...the black tie event is Saturday night.
And while I'm on it...thanks to Celtic Croft for a speedy delivery on the needed kilt hose...ya came through for me!
Hopefully, photos come Saturday or Sunday...
Best

Good assumption on their part, though - glad you saw it and got it corrected rather than just walking out irritated!
