Very nice photo!
Can you tell us more about the Drexel dragon?
Sounds like a Dutch name.

We are usually proud of our kids, but in this case I am sure someone is proud of her dad, too...
You both look good!

Looking very smart and very happy and its nice to see someone make the most of a graduation day. I remember all those years ago I really spoiled my graduation day for my parents because I was grumpy with them all day because I had just split with my teen sweetheart whom I'd planned to have at the graduation. I always thought when my own daughter graduated it would be a big day. In the event when she took her honours degree she decided to wait till she'd done her masters before having a formal graduation ceremony. Her life changed after that and she never completed the masters, and got her diploma sent to her.

The dragon is the University mascot.
Drexel University was founded in 1892 in Philadelphia, by Anthony J. Drexel. The original name of the University was the Drexel Institute, and was modeled after the workingmen's educational movement of industrial England and Germany of the late nineteenth century.

Drexel now has a co-op program that she went thru. It took her 5 years for a BS but the working experience is invaluable on her resume and she always had spending money. Of course, if you know anyone who is looking for an Environmental Science major, let me know.
