Burns Night Oslo 08
Well last Night was The Callys(See my Sig) 62nd Burns night . This was held at The Oslo Militære Samfund at Akershus Fortress.
This was my 1st Burns night as Chairman of the house Committee. My Position as Moderator here at X was a good basis for sorting this lot out and everything went like clockwork. I was even singled out for a special thank-you by the president for my work. Something I wasn't expecting. In attendance were the Earl of Caithness (Our Patron) the British Ambassador and Several High ranking Officers in the Norwegian Military. and an MP.
I said to myself the last thing I don't want to forget was my camera. ... Yep that was the first and only thing I forgot all evening... These few shots show a little of what went on I'll post more soon

Congratulations David on organising such a splendid-looking event, and with such an illustrious guest list.
By the way, I hardly recognised Sten Rune without his beard - he looks younger!
Take care,
Ham.

Looks like a grand event. I'd say you did a great job of organizing. I do like the Earl's hose.
