Coming to Houston, August 10th-16th

I'll be back in Houston for some more training on these dates. It would be nice to possibly meet up with some of you guys. I most likely will not have a rental car, though not 100% sure at this point. More than likely not. And, as I understand it, the hotel is somewhere in the Galleria area. I've already messaged Mark. But, I thought I'd get the word out and see if there may be any interest, especially since I have the benefit of knowing so far out.

You're on! I now have 3 kilts with 1 or the other suitable for any occasion, and since most of us should be recovered from Houston's Highland Games by then, a bunch of folks will be ready for a social get-together. The Galleria is close to the cluster of pubs in Rice Village, the one on Shepherd, and a sprinkling in Downtown / Midtown. Keep in mind that Houston in August is low-altitude, high humidity, extremely hot, and well air-conditioned. Thanks for the heads up. I was in Houston last September actually, and I was dying with that humidity. I'm in the dry desertness that is New Mexico. I look forward to it. I really like Houston.

I've been in talks with Zardoz and I'll be staying down by the Galleria. I know Mark likes Brian O'Neilles and I thoroughly enjoyed it myself. I'll be available in the evenings all week and flying out that Sunday morning. You guys let me know what sounds good.
