I couldn't have cared which team one, but it would have been nice to see Sid the kid and the Penguins win it. I remember the Penguins struggling for so long that it would have been nice to see the underdogs of old win one.

Either way, a good series by both teams.

Penguins did a great job and they dug deep to keep the series alive. I thought that they have tied the game in the last remaining second. It was a great series and I sure that The Kid will be back.

I am a Red Wings fan also. The Penguins were great competitors. They made for the best Stanley Cup Final series since at least before the lockout. Way to go Wings!!!!!

Just goes to show you, old age and treachery will beat youth and skill every time... ;)

Damn good series! As much as a fan of the Red Wings that I am, next year should prove to be interesting. The Penguins have come a long way in two years and they have learned. Keep your eye on them. And yeah young team may have the stamina by the "old guys" have the wits!
