Elizebeth Colorado Celtic Fest

Hey there, folks!

The Elizebeth Colorado Celtic Festival is only 2 weekends away. As many of you know, I am in a living history group called the Renaissance Scots. You can check us out at www.renscots.org . We are presenters at the festival this year. You'll have no trouble finding me. I'll be the redhead in the kilt... wait... OK, maybe I'll be a little difficult to spot. Actually, I'll be in one of three places- listing to Angus Moore, manning the Colorado Celtic Weddings booth or hanging out with the Ren Scots. Also I'll give you my cell phone number should you want to attend the ceilli with my friends and I.

Hey Nighthawk,
I'm actually off on Sun, so I will try and get out there with the wife. I only live about 30 miles from there. Sadly, I don't believe I will be kilted, unless I wear my SK. Which leads me to question, would that be okay to wear to the festival? It isn't the best example of a kilt, but until my others come in, it is all I have.

My wife is not inclined to go but said I could if I wanted. I'll have to make that decision later. If so, I'll be wearing my XMarks t-shirt with Livingston kilt and a camera around my neck so should be easy to spot.

Kevin, I've seen some, shall I say, interesting kilts at these festivals so your SK should be much better. Go ahead and wear it.
