Green Lane Festival... not looking good here!
So the plan was that after work today I would run 5 minutes down the road to the Green Lane Scottish and Irish Fest to catch the last couple hours of the day. Mother nature is obviously not a fan of that idea. They said they were going on with it rain or shine, but this is a bit extreme... can't imagine they are getting a crowd today.
Did anyone go down today? Last night? Planning on tomorrow?
I went after work last night, it was a really nice night but for some reason the whole thing shut down about an hour earlier than was on the schedule. Was hoping to catch the Tartan Terrors from 9pm-10pm, we got there at 5 of 9 and they were playing their last song. Seemed like the vendors were shutting down early as well. It's a mess here now but was actually a pleasant night last night, no rain at all. Would love to make it down tomorrow but I'll be out of town for most of the day.
Anyone know why this went down so early Friday night?
