Best reason given for wearing a kilt EVER!

"I don't mean to be impudent," said one reporter, "but why are you wearing a kilt?"
Sibley explained: "It has to do with genitalia. If you are on the smaller side, then pants are not uncomfortable."

I don't need a reason. I am a Scot! Other than that, I make no comment!

I would never use that.
First of all, its a bit insulting to the person asking why,and boasting of what you think have under the sporran.

I thought it was funny too! But you must excuse some of our more puritanical members........."I would never use that," please! LIGHTEN UP!

If you run a google image search on this knucklehead, you'll see that he has never had an aversion to pants before. It couldn't have been that he's trying to manufacture a high profile client and act as an attention ho in front of the media at the same time, could it?
Nah. Didn't think so.
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

That's very possible. Kinda like the "crying judge" thing that happened a while back. He should be careful with thing like that. I don't think that worked out too well for the judge.
By the way "knucklehead" make me chuckle as well.

What a tedious reply to an all-to-obvious question. It shows neither wit, nor humour.
