Sailing over San Jose
It was with great delight I read the entries in her log book and thinking about the fine X Markers who she was fortunate to meet on her maiden voyage.
She will be moored in Scots Valley California this Saturday night for our Burns Night Supper to meet with the assembled Nor Cal Rabble.
Then after a very short rest she will take to the skies once again to try to make it to another Burns Night Supper.
"The Flight of the Saltire" isn't over, in fact it has just begun!
Cheers
Jamie

Jamie
I was so very happy to have been one of the X-Markers that was able to meet the XMTSAS Saltire on her maiden voyage, I hope to meet her again on a future voyage.

So nice to see the Saltire has safely arrived at her home port to the cheers of all who love her so dearly Jamie. I look forward to another post Burns Night global journey of the wee ship as she brings her magic to all those she visits!
Cheers!

Two journeys across the NA continent and two across the pond. Gatherings with good friends in California (twice), British Columbia (twice), Ontario, Wales and England. What more could such a wee craft ask for? Ah, but nobody yet knows what's in store for her as a world traveller and ambassador, do they? We will all just have to wait and see.
Wonderful thread, getting better and better. Ta.

Jamie,
It's great to see the Saltire has safely arrived home .
Soft landing. On schedule. Bravo.
I sure you enjoyed reading her log book and thus shared her adventures.
Chrystel and I also hope to meet her in France on a future voyage.
Your idea was a very sweet one.
Best,
Robert & Chrystel
