For Jock and those against white hose.

    Hey gang,

I finally got me some colored hose. I went with the lovat blue from WB socks on ebay. I am thrilled with how they match my Campbell Ancient kilt.

Here is a shot of the bottom of kilt and hose.

And here is one with the whole package.

Thanks to Nighthawk for the heads up on WB hose. The are not hand knit quality but for 13 dollars U.S. I am pleased.

    Slainte,
    Rev.

P.S. Is the shirt I am wearing to dark for this outfit?

    Now ain't that better'n white?

BTW, you look sharp. I think the shirt's OK. You might even try a clerical shirt with collar; that 'really makes a nice contrast, especially if it's black. Of course, i like gray, too.

    thanks for the photos.

they look really good... but nothing can match up to the glamour of the Campbell Ancient!
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

I dunno, I heard Lovatt blue was the new white. Just kidding, of course. From what I can tell the hose are a good match for the kilt. Looks sharp!

That does look good. Another colour choice would be white to match the non-coloured part of your eyes.
