Bizarre Weather
Not two minutes ago it was sunny on one side of my apartment and raining on the other side. Now 1/4 inch pieces of hail are covering the common area lawn. It's not supposed to rain in Tucson this time of year. Hmm, 2012 is right around the corner.
I hope my friend Dan has found his puppy. It took off on him yesterday morning and he hasn't been able to find it yet.

Ya, it did that up here in the valley, too.
I'm not going to complain about the rain, though. I recall this happening back at the beginning of the nineties, and once again about six or seven years ago.
Hope you find the puppy.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

I remember seeing it raining on one side of the white line of a road, and walking along dry pavement on the other.
That was over 50 years ago now and it still outweirds just about everything since.
OK - it has to stop or start raining somewhere - but this was only a fairly straight road, England doesn't have dead straight roads - and the rain followed the white line around the curve.

Even the weather is orderly in England- or was in the old days.
Some take the high road and some take the low road. Who's in the gutter? MacLowlife

Our city has it's own weather patterns; the rain mostly circles it. ![Laughing](http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_lol.gif)
I live out away from that, so I get what's going around the edges of the city. Sometimes, it's like a giant bucket of watter gets thrown on us. All the rain for the season happens in five minutes.

Well, the forecast for Vancouver, BC seems to be "Rain followed by June".
Kinda like it is every year.

This morning was bright and clear and 0 degrees, Celsius that is, so all the dampness fell out of the air and covered everything with a thick sheet of knobbly ice.
Today I am wearing a jersey, but tomorrow is forecast as much warmer - though it is going to be raining again.
Sigh.

and then there is the forecast
What is an eight letter word for "metorologist", clueless! The best TV weatherman I have seen started his segment by looking out the studio door. It is amazing how many people announce a completly false picture of current weather that could be fixed by looking out a window. I however have an almost foolproof method of forecasting the worse my knee is the wetter and colder the weather is going to be. Isn't arthritis wonderful!

It's quite a bit warmer than that here. There are a couple of plants I am covering each night with a large plastic covered, cardboard box just in case, though. Keeps the cats out of them.
I have one mint plant that I sit out on the roof of the washing shed each morning.
It can freeze out here, usually in January, and I have to be ready to flood the citrus trees if it is a hard freeze.
It comes in handy to have a blanket to wrap myself in to go outside in the middle of the night.

After the wettest November on record - it's raining again.
It was wet and warm, then it was cold and clear - fleetingly - now it is cold and wet.
(Rolls eyes to Heaven)
Oy! Oy! Oy!
