Hello from Germany
I recently found XMTS looking for some advise on sewing a kilt.
I'm kilted since 2003 when I got my tank made from the tailoring of the Black Watch RHR together with their official permission to breed our dogs using the kennel name Black Watch and wearing the regimental tartan.
I now decided to try sewing a kilt myself and actually got some very useful information here.
I'm proud of wearing a kilt as often as possible here in Germany but also on many occassions in France and UK during the last 7 years.
Reading here for some time now, I'm sure to be among like-minded lads.

Mike Welcome from Tucson, AZ.
I used to work for that tiny German company Siemens and was lucky enough to get to visit your country on a number of occasions. Always tell people just how how friendly and nice your fellow countrymen and women were when I visited.

Welcome to the board bud! I spent some time in Germany training with the panzer school. A very lovely place, and I look forward to visiting there again.

Welcome Mike, from another X-Marker located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen!
Have you brought your dogs to any of the Highland Games in Germany?
Apfelbachtal? Peine? Machern?
I've been to those the past 3 years and hope to make them again this year.
