Viking Invation of Scotland

The weekend before last a horde of Norwegian Vikings sat sail for Scotland. Here's some pics:

After raiding Edingurgh for kilt and accessories the vikings heads for Dumfries:

On the way to Dumfries we found a wee little pub where we stopped for lunch.

After checking in at Ferintosh we dropped in at the Tam O'Shanter to see if our friend Craig was there. After a few pints he joined us.

He showed us the way to the New Bazaar:

We then went to the Caverns Arms for some good Scottish food.

Looks like a great trip. And maybe it's just that I haven't eaten yet today, but, man what a table full of food at the Caverns Arms!

What a lot of sacking and looting! You'll be lucky to get home with all that. It looks like a great time. I would love to have been with you. Great sweatshirts! Good graphics. Thanks for the photos.

I would never have thought to put Bird's Custard on haggis.

Ah! The orange Sweatshirts was our "trademark" for this trip. The color was to make it easy to pick each other out in a crowd. On the back our logo, a viking in a kilt with the title "Viking Invasion".
