KROCS Tartan Day Kilt Night
Hmm...Used to be a thread about this around here somewhere...are we still on for Molly's (downtown) around 6 or 7?

Weird... I can't find the old thread either... the State forums have disappeared.
A couple of developements...
1. I've had to beg off... we have a production designer and producer coming into town and they both moved their travel dates up to tomorrow, meaning I can't get away.
2. 7 Miles was interested in doing it at the Richmond Hill location making it possible for him to come because he can bring the family along. He's also trying to reach Mischieftech and Heather (from Savannah Pipes and Drums) to see if they're interested.

I'm certainly fine with the Richmond Hills Molly's. That's closer to home for me. 7 Miles, Mischieftech, Heather -- Will that work best for you?
Ken, it was good to see you the other night at The Lucas. Great show. I was impressed how Del McCoury and his group showed off the theater's acoustics! Hope to see you again soon.

We will probably have to do it on another night. Neither Heather nor Mischieftech can make it. I will not be able to make it either due to new developments in the household. Let us plan on a Friday or Sat. night. Hopefully we will all be able to make it.

Sounds like a better plan. I'm having some technical issues, which really need to be addressed. Not that a pint with friends wouldn't make it more pleasant, but it doesn't really get the job done. We have the Games coming up in a few weeks...maybe just before then?

Sounds like a good idea to aim for the Games... they'll be on May 8, so what about Friday May 7 downtown?

I can't work out what this thread is about. You seem to be posting in code.
I looked becasue I thought it might have had something to do with wearing plastic shoes with kilts and was recalling a thread on the Army Rumour Service which asked 'Do real men wear Crocs' - my answer is that real men wear whatever they want. Bit like quiche. If you like it eat it.
The 'Eathen in his idleness bows down to wood and stone,
'E don't obey no orders unless they is his own,
He keeps his side arms awful,
And he leaves them all about,
Until up comes the Regiment and kicks the 'Eathen out.

Ah, KROCS is an acronym for a social group: Kilted Rabble of the Coastal South... just trying to work out our next get-together...
