First offense...
I spotted my first major kilting offense today: PLEATS WORN IN THE FRONT!
But because the offender was a 7 year old girl, I decided that I didn't need to call in the Kilt Police...this time!

Aren't the skirts worn by 7 year old girls pleated all the way around? ....and not even kilts?

i'm no expert on any sort of fashion, but this one had an apron on one side and pleats on the other. the apron would have opened on the left had it been worn on the front.
seemed like a nice piece of black watch tartan.

I gave a lady friend a mini kilt recently, and when she tried it on, she wore it backwards. She was so used to having pleats all around, she thought the pleats were supposed to be in front.
