New PR's at Ardenwood
I stunk up Open Stone. I've been throwing 32, almost 33 in practice and I only managed a 30' 8". 01d dude knows Larry Sisseck, so I'll tell you all that Larry had his Open Stone toss of the year, dropping one in there at 33+. Larry leaves the Geezer In Training class in a month or two to joint the more Advanced class of throwers upon his 60th birthday. He'll be in the Advanced Class at Woodland, he says.
LWFD .. everything over 48, topped out at 49' 6". Not what I wanted but not bad.
Light Hammer ... 81, scratch, 83' 11" Again, not what I wanted but not bad.
WOB, got a PR at 13' 6". I had the height for 14 twice, just threw it straight up and down.
Caber... turned a new stick "The Boar"... 15 feet and about 70 pounds. My new "Cardinal Caber" at 16 feet, no taper and 75-80 pounds kicked my butt.
Sheaf .... obliterated the old PR of 20 with the 16 pound sheaf...went to 24 and if I hadn't been fried at the end of the day, I might have 25 in me.
