OK - totally non-kilt - Peepshi
Just in case anyone wants to do something totally fun for Easter - Carolyn put me onto a web site for making some really swell Easter treats.
Here's the original site : http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2...ts-easter.html
So, being totally inspired to create something fun for my geo classes tomorrow, here are some pics (and, let me tell you, this makes Peeps actually TASTE GOOD - ingredients are Peeps, Rice Krispie Treats, and fruit roll-ups, in case you don't want to go to the original web site):

That is fantastic! I've had peeps that I've made stale by poking holes in the plastic and letting them sit out for a month and I've had rosted peeps. But, never peepshi!

OK, I just have to ask......
Do they taste just like chicken?
Or like fish?

Hee hee - actually - they are truly yummy - real fruity. Totally unexpected, actually, given how tasteless Peeps usually are....!

Not yet! With my two PhDs, I've wisely passed the task on to Dave. He'll take your truly extra-swell instructions and figure it out for me. He's the one who says to me - when was the last time time you checked the oil in your car? And I never know. So, it's a good thing i'm not trying to figure out my iron. And he is TOTALLY grateful to know where to look for the circuit breaker. Who'd think it would be in the base unit instead of the iron itself?

Well, just remember that there are two circuit breakers. One in the base unit and one in the iron head.
My offer to pick up some parts on my way to visit is still open.
Can I have some peepshi if I come?
