Photos (at last)
I recieved my new kilt (8yd 16 oz knife pleated kilt in Isle of Skye tartan, pleated to "no stripe") from Lady Chrystel at the end of last month but, until today, for the people of XMTS, it didn't exist because I don't have a camera. I was wearing it to work, friday, and somebody asked me if he could take a photo so I said "OK, if you could send me the photos afterwards", and without further ado, here they are. They're not very good (they come from a telephone) but it's better than none and at least now my kilt really exists!

Like I said before I would like to thank Lady Chrystel again for her talent in making my new kilt and her patience in dealing with a "newbie" like me and answering numerous "newbie" questions.
I am proud to own a Lady Chrsytel kilt and I will wear it with pride.

Well done all round! One wee comment-----------a smile, even a broad grin, is allowed!

Lucky man! And as usual, Jock's advice is spot on.
Wear it to lots of fun.

Thanks, Jock. You're right, of course, but I don't normally have a smile (nor a broad grin) when I'm just starting work in the morning!
By the way that's my regimental tie in the photo and, once again, you're correct in saying that it goes with anything. That tie is OK with any colour shirt and with any kilt! Amazing.

In addition to the nice kilt, I like your belt, a very cool buckle.
