Garter knot article?

Matt Newsome had posted some time ago that he though he may have had an article by Bob Martin on how to tie some of the different garter knots. Unfortunatly I haven't been able to locate the article anywhere on the net so I am asking here if anyone may have it?

I have seen that one but supposedly there are more out there. Its a pitty that we can't seem to come up with more.

There are more. I saw one (I think it was a link from here) that tied flatter than the video above. My garters came today so I am also looking for the other knots. I'll let you know if I find it.

I don't know of any others.

There was an older woodcut posted lately with the garter tied outside the cuff in a knot I had never before seen. It would also require garters much longer than any I own I suspect.

So far I have been able to have the garter ends come out the way I want with either the plain overhand knot, the overtuck or the undertuck.
