    2 inch kilt belt

I had a search and couldn't find an answer so here goes.

I've got a very nice belt buckle (Black Watch Officers No 1 uniform belt buckle to be exact) and I want to put it an a good quality belt...lined and buckle fastened, no velcro.

It was originally intended to be worn with a silk belt lined with leather which I looked into buying, but was waaaay out of my price range so the nearest belt I can find is a trews belt, but they only appear to come as 1.75 in wide and a standard kilt belt is around 2.25 in.

Does anyone know where I could get a belt that's has the fittings of a normal kilt / trews belt but is only 2 in wide?

    You can try www.renleather.com

**EDIT*** I just looked at our product line- the only 2 inch belts we do are ring belts. My mistake...

Contact Oconee Leather Works. They are well known on this forum and from personal experience they produce good stuff. Tell them what you are looking for and they should be able to help you. sales@oconeeleatherworks.com

There are several artisans, who are members of the forum who could also produce a belt to your specs as well.

I've dealt with both them and Mojo Leather. Six of one, 1/2 dozen of the other, both really excellent.

I get my leather from zack white leather and Tandy leather. Both provide top quality leather at reasonable prices.
I will check the others mentioned as you can't have too many sources.
