Do you have these hose already purchased? If so, I guess I'd go with black.
If you have to purchase hose, lovat blue or green or even mustard might be a bit more interesting. You don't have to match your hose and your tartan, and it's much more visually interesting when you don't.

Hi, artificer, thanks for reply.
I already bought black and white are actually creamy white with lion on the top. Then... I have red and black flashes. But I can't decide what is best choice.

Actually there is one more thing... I am going to wear only simple jacket, without vest.

I was wondering what else would the outfit be comprised of, are you wearing a jacket with this? I was also thinking it may be easier for all concerned if you posted photos with both sets of hose. If it were me given the choices I would wear the black hose, though if possible I would wear blue or perhaps purple if you want the hose to match the tartan, if however you do not want to match then most any colour would work, in that case I would suggest claret.

Heritage of Scotland tartan:

If it were me, I would buy a blue to match the tartan, otherwise go with black with the red flashes.
Regards
Chas

Ideally speaking...diced hose or fully-fashioned tartan 'Argyll' hose would be my first choices, then perhaps solid coloured hose in purple, shades of blue, or shades of yellow. For your situation, I would most definitely go with the black hose and red flashes.
Best of luck,

Thx for reply. Now, I have a choice, we have rest of gray/black tartan at home, and my girlfriend can sew me flashes and bow tie from that tartan. I will post photos also tomorrow, when it will be done.

Actually, if it's a black tie do, a standard black tie to match the lapels on your jacket is a better bet. Self tie is better than pre-tied.
