Smiley Popup is very wide and not tall
When I try to add a smiley in quick reply or advanced mode or for a new thread, the pop up is very wide and goes off the screen. I've tried it in Firefox, Chrome, and IE, all with the same result. See below.
I've tried grabbing the resize handle quickly, but it just expands anyway. Is this stored in a cookie or is it a server setting. Other ideas?

When you click the smiley icon and the smiley box pops up,,,,, move your mouse anywhere in upper margin of the box. A cross like thing should appear. If you left click and hold this cross you can move the smiley box around anywhere you want on your screen.

More importantly, once you move it to the left so that you can see the bottom right corner of the pop-up window, you can drag the corner to resize the window so you can actually see all the emoticons.
I agree, though, it's a bit annoying that it comes up with that odd size which needs to be fiddled with in order to use. One would think that there's a setting in the code that could make it pop up as a normal size window.

Unfortunately, I can drag the thing, but it "hard stops" at the left side of the browser window. Because of that "wall" I can't push it off far enough to grab the drag handle on the bottom right and resize.
