    Sunday Post KiltWalk

I would have thought some of you long distance walkers would have posed something about this by now

Get your kilt and walking shoes/boots on. Its for a good cause, or three

    Wow! That is awesome!

If something like this starts in the Los Angeles area then I will certainly participate, without a doubt.

Children are so important. We must safeguard them and insure that they are well cared for.

I couldn't find anything that said how long the actual walk is... I would love to participate in something like that though. Looks like a great time and certainly a wonderful cause.

The 5 KiltWalks are 26 miles, with Half Kilts of 13 miles and 10 km Wee Walks. Of the 5, if I was a walker and fit enough I'd like to do the Speyside walk, it passes Craigellachie, home to the Macallan distillery. Perhaps a challenge for next year?. If you ever get the chance to visit the Macallan distillery, do so. I went there many years ago with my son, it was the best distillery tour I have ever been on, quite different from the run of the mill tours.
