I am a member of three different internet groups like this.
I am always surprised that we can come together with some common theme, kilts, or Golden Retrievers in my other area of fellowship.
What fascinates me is the inability of people to simply get along. We wear kilts! We have a commonality that is, to some, threatening but we harm no one. The Utilikilts group banded together to send a UK to a bag pipe playing marine. No one asked if any of us opposed the stupidity of USA in Iraq, none of us pointed fingers and drew lines. We just got in there and did it.

Would that it was so simple as agreeing to disagree and getting your hands dirty to get the job done. No grousing, no finger pointing, just do what needs doin and getting on with life.

Hmmm maybe it is that simple...
