Love the color! Sounds as if you purchased them (sorry if I've mis-read) -- that style is easily made with cloth ribbon/tape available in a huge range of colors at any fabric/hobby/craft store or web site.
You might consider shortening them a tad -- just fold the excess up around the elastic strap if you don't feel like tackling the permanent hand-sewing job. More than an inch of flash exposed beneath the cuff can create what one august member has dubbed the "windsock effect."
