Which got me thinking, gee, it seems only right with all those UpSkirt sites that there would be one out there somewhere just waiting to victimize us!

One question comes to mind.... are we all not in some form of undress all the time? I mean, if I don't have my shoes on, I am in a form of undress....

If that's how the law is worded, it's another brilliant political move... sounds a little like how the women are made to dress in Saudi Arabia.

This is no joke. There are several "up kilt" sites around, notably the one run by the lady whose interest lies strongly in that direction, as it were. Featured on the site are such pics as the soldiers in the wind at the ceremony when Hong Kong was handed back to China in 1997.
