My New Victory Kilt
Well my third kilt(Navy Blue Victory) arrived today, I'm not addicted I swear, I don't even go to meetings ! Rocky, you guys exceeded my expectations. The fit of the victory kilt is comparable to my hand sewn 9 yarder, it feels great wearing it. Also thanks for putting the key clip on the left hip, being left handed this makes life so much easier, Rocky also suggested putting the back pocket on the left as well.
Monday morning I'm going to be kilted as many days as possible at work and I can't wait to put my kilt through its paces and see what it can handle.
I would recommend you guys in a heart beat.
Thanks,
Rob Wright

I'm glad, but not surprised you're please. Like you, Rob, I too love my Victory. I'd like to see a picture of that blue. Can you post one? Rocky and Kelly do great work.

By all means, post the picture of the blue kilt. There aren't many of those out there! Green and Carhardt are plentiful, and I'd really like to see the blue.
Also report on the material after a washing or two. If I remember right, it was a roll that we didn't use very often... and it was good stuff!
That kilt will look REAL good on the 4th!

Red shirt, blue kilt, white socks. That works

I'm washing the victory kilt right now as I type, It will be monday before I get a chance to get a picture. The full 9 yards is what I'm wearing this weekend, had an ancestor who fought in the revolution so I'm wearing the Douglas tartan.
I'm surprised more people have not purchased the blue since it is similiar in color to dark blue denim, it go's great with the majority of my t-shirts.
White socks with a kilt
I don't know if I'm that brave

Rob,
Glad to hear of you new kilt, what an awesome one it is.
My only poblem on the Victory Kilt is trying to figure out what color I want.
Again congratulations on the new kilt!

Rob, it's nice to get reports like yours, (even nicer to see piccies - hint).
I'm glad you love your kilt, you say you're not addicted - you will be, you just have to come to terms with admitting it!
Glen, when I order my first Victory I shall have NO problem choosing the colour, it will be green, why? 'cos you said so

Graham,
If the entire distance of being on the other side of the world I can persuade you to get an olive green Victory kilt, maybe I should become a politician On second thought trying to keep them in line is hard enough
I too am seriuosly looking at the olive green one myself.
Too many kilts, too many decisions, don't you just love it?

Glen, let me know if you decide to buy one. Personally, I would like to see more decent photos of various souls wearing a Victory Kilt in order to get a better idea of what they look like.

Graham,
It is on my list as we speak, (along with many other kilts), it may have to hold off awhile, I am now having major plumbing problems, so my kilt budget is lacking the bucks (oh the joys of home ownership), but it is in the works.
BTW anybody know a good cheap plumber?
