8th Annual Burns Supper in Conyers
I am out of the country just now, but I'll be back in a day or two.
So, i am late in announcing the Annual Burns Supper in Conyers, GA, but it's a go for January 24, at the Celtic Tavern. Unless something changes.
I'll be bock!

Things are pretty much the same as last year: $20 per for the dinner which includes all the standard fare: cock-a-leekie soup, haggis or shepherd's pie (for the sissies), neeps and tatties, and Holly's famous bread pudding with whisky sauce.
There will be lots of fun and conversation.

BTW: look up a "Burns Supper" and look at all the activities. Let me know what you would like to do! Lots of options there: Address to the Haggis, Immortal Memory, Selkirk Grace, etc.
You know you want to. All the kids are doing it.

I will be be at sea this year (alas!), but next year looks good so far! I am new to the area as well and would enjoy meeting some XMTSers.
